It was unlike any beat ‘em up game I’ve played, the design the music, everything was perfect. Sadly that was the first and last time I played castle crashers ever

It’s 2024 now, and I still find this game a masterpiece of extremely high quality. Way more developed than Super Mario 64. How could it be possible to have such brilliance in game development in 2001? The nuances, the feelings involved, the effects. These guys were real pros. The game was way ahead of its time. I can play this game as an adult and I still find it of legendary-tier quality. If I were to develop a game, I would resort to really professional shit like this one, dayum!
